One Nostril Hurts When Press On It

A youngest - Pascale's last minibook

Mini today is a little less mini than the previous two. Your lender may be a little longer than previous ones, but it can still get a nice result with very limited resources: cutter, ruler, glue, cardboard, paper and white paper or fabric of your choice for the cover. It is better to cover one side and another inside pages, and decorate the inside pages before securing coverage. Once inside pages will be attached to the cover, the album is easy to browse mais ce n'est pas évident de "travailler" dedans.

Today's minibook is a bit larger than the previous ones I showed you. It will take you a little bit more time, but the end product is really nice considering the supplies: cutting tool, glue, cardboard for the covers, white cardstock and your choice of patterned paper or fabric for the cover. It's best to make the cover, set it aside and then make the inner pages and decorate them; once the inner pages are attached to the cover, it's easy to leaf through the minibook, but it's not really convenient if you want to "work" on it.

Avec ce mini, vous aurez surtout un principe de structure. You can adapt it as you wish, change the format, making pockets, zippers or something more innovative still in the inside pages. Let's start with the inside pages, mine are very simple and almost square 15x15 because I had already printed photos I wanted to use and I especially did not want overlap! Based one this minibook
's structure, make-you-can differ minibook, Changing the size, making sophisticated inner pages. I Went For 6x6 "inner pages Because I Had That Were Already printed pictures and I wanted to use 'em Them Without trimming.

The inside pages will be glued back to back, therefore, avoid it is too thick. I recommend you use a block of white drawing paper, with a weight not too strong (180 at the most). There are blocks 24 x 32 cm and larger, and more economical than the Bazzill. For my size, I cut strips of 15 x 30 cm I folded in half.

For the inner pages, go for drawing paper, not too heavy in weight (90 Ib is fine). The Pages Will Be mainline back to back, So You Do not Want Anything That Will get too thick. You Can get some 18 x 24 "pad of drawing paper, they're Cheaper Than cardstock. Some I cut out 6 x 12" strips and folded in Two 'em.

Paste leaves them back to back to form a booklet inside. You can decorate your pages, but do not put anything on the first and last page of the book.

The folded sheets Adhere to Each Other, back to back, your inner book Is Done. You Can now start decorating The inner pages, to Leave the first and last pages blank.

For the cover, take two pieces of cardboard slightly larger than your pages, in my case, 15 x 17 cm, and a rectangle of 15 x 6 cm cut from solid but flexible enough paper.
For the cover, You Will Need Two pieces of carboard That Are Slightly Larger Than The Inner pages, about 6 "x 6 1 / 2 in my box, and a 6" x 2 1 / 2 "piece of paper That Should Be Both strong and flexible.

Glue the two pieces of cardboard on both sides of the rectangle of paper, overlapping a good inch of each side.

Place pieces of cardboard The Two On The Edge of the piece of paper, Allowing year 1 / 2 "overlap is Both Sides and adhered Them To The piece of paper.

The backbone of your cover is ready, there is more than covered with the material of your choice.
That's the backbone cover for you, Now You Need to Cover It With patterned paper or fabric.

Once your coverage and your interior pages are ready, here's how to assemble them.
Once your cover and your inner pages are ready, here's how you assemble 'em.

You'll need two pieces of white paper which will measure: height, height of your inner pages, and in width, the width of your pages + width + 1cm your coverage! Album: 17 cm + 15 cm + 1 cm, 33 cm wide by 15 high. You Will Need

Two pieces of white paper With The followings size:
Height: same as your inner pages, so here 6 ".
Width: width of your inner width of your pages + cover + 1 / 2 ", so here 13".

Now, mark two folds in each rectangle of paper, one at 14 cm, the other at 15.5 cm.
Now, score EACH Of These pieces of paper at 5.5 "and has 6 1 / 4".

Now you will attach the inside pages to the cover. To the left of the cover, glue the left side of white paper on the inside cover, until the first fold marked. The part between the two folds must remain free is your hinge. For the cover
left, past-the left hand of the white paper to The Inside cover, Until The first fold. That strip Between The Two folds Should not Be pasted, this is your hinge.

Then, still leaving space between the two folds open, paste the other part of the white paper just after the second fold, back to the first inside page, leaving 1 inch between the edge of this paper and the back that you created when you pasted the pages together, as below. Normally, the other side of the paper should coincide with the edge of your first inside page. The Other

Adhere To The first part inner pages. The Space Between The Two folds Should Not Be pasted and you must leave 1 / 2 "Between the spine & the Edge of the paper on the Side that's beens folded. The Edge of the loose paper aligned Should Be With The inner edge of your first page.

the operation again with the right coverage, the same way, being careful to leave open the hinge between the two folds and glue back to 1cm on the inside pages. The

Repeat Procedures for the right cover, making sure you do not paste That Space Between The Two Fold and Placing the white paper on The Inner pages at 1 / 2 "of the spine.
For me, once finally, it gives this: That's my minibook
